Red Herring

The System often obscures truth by planting so-called "axioms" in the public consciousness that lead us away from whatever it is that the System doesn't want us to know. One example of this is the saying that it's "better to rule in Hell than to serve in Heaven." Since it's obvious that no one serves in Heaven, it's clear that it's important to the System that everyone should prefer Hell to Heaven!
